The staff were kind and hospitable, upgraded to beautiful room, great condition and comfort, amazing breakfast, accommodating with dinner on check-out day.

the location was great, situated in the heart of the city and close to many dining options. the room was spacious and comfortable with nice amenities.
The hotel reminded me of an old Soviet-style sanatorium with minimal dining options. the food served at the hotel was lacking in variety and quality.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was very accommodating, and the location was ideal. It is located near the city's central park, making it very easy to get around. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was fantastic. The parking was also ample, making it easy to get in and out of the hotel.

I had a wonderful Christmas at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. The staff was friendly and accommodating to all of my needs.
The hotel felt a bit outdated, with some aspects feeling like they were straight out of the Soviet era. The decor and furnishings could use some updating, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area near the main park, making it an ideal base for relaxing walks and picnics. the staff provides excellent service, including airport transfers with name banners. Rooms are spacious and super clean, with everything provided for maximum comfort. Breakfast is delicious and the dining room has a homely feel. A highlight is the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
Some guests have complained about the low quality and poor variety of food offered at the hotel's restaurant.
